At Hae Song, our main focus is Korean BBQ done right with USDA Prime beef. Of all the beef produced in the U.S., only 2% is certified Prime grade by the USDA. The extensive fine marbling in our beef gives it a meltingly tender texture and buttery taste when barbequed on our grills Korean-style.
